BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS & LAUNDRY ROOM
Master bedroom has a King size bed and attached full bathroom with a large soaking tub. The room is also equipped with it’s own TV and own access to the outside deck. The other two bedrooms have Queen size beds with one room having a large flat screen TV. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, toiletry starter kits and hairdryers. The laundry room is fully equipped with a Washer and Dryer for your use during your stay.

KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you will need for making tasty meals for your whole group, including stainless steel appliances, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker and all the basic kitchen essentials like pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils. Enjoy meals together at the large dining room table with seating for 8.

Salt, pepper and cooking spray are provided!

OUTSIDE SPACE
Step outside for a BBQ on the back porch and outdoor dining or relax on the front porch sipping coffee. There is a large outdoor yard perfect for playing games!
Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire property. Plenty of parking is available on site in the driveway or on the street.

A keypad is located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. The entry code will be provided to you 24 hours before your arrival. The code is changed for every guest.

We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash can liners, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We recommend you bring additional items appropriate for your stay duration.

The best directions to the house are through Maps/GPS.
Additional notes
The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation.

No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property.

Neighborhood overview
Our home is located in the heart of downtown Grand Rivers. Grand Rivers is located on both Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley and is the north entrance to Land Between the Lakes Recreation Area. Known as the village between the lakes, Grand Rivers is home to two of the lakes area's finest marinas, the award winning Patti's 1880's Settlement and Restaurant, Variety and other musical productions at the Badgett Playhouse Theater, unique shops, and unlimited water and outdoor recreation.
Getting around
Driving, walking or renting a golf cart or bike is the best way to get around.
